Bishop’s BBQ Grill is located in Saltillo, MS and serves the northeast MS area through its location as well as its catering services. Bishop’s, which first opened in 2008 features smoked daily favorites such as chicken, pork and beef as well as unique menu items such as Gator Tators, Macho Nachos and more that have become a staple for this restaurant’s regulars. We smoke our own meats and serve them fresh to you. Our homemade sweet hickory barbecue, hot barbecue and "Rockin’ Ranch" sauces are made with the freshest ingredients.
