I smoke meat myself, so I am very critical when trying other BBQ. These guys make everything from scratch (nothing out of the bottle here), and they know what they are doing when it comes to BBQ. It is the best bbq in North Mississippi, and when it comes to where to go for BBQ, there is no question, Bishop's is the place, and worth driving 50 miles out of your way to try it. ...
